根除幽门螺杆菌对慢性胃炎胃黏膜萎缩、肠化生的影响

目的用回顾性对照研究观察根除幽门螺杆菌(HP)能否逆转慢性胃炎胃黏膜萎缩和肠化生的改变。方法选择因慢性胃炎行胃镜检查的病人为研究对象,病理证实有慢性萎缩性胃炎,肠化,HP阳性(美兰染色)的患者符合入选条件,分为HP根除组(76例);HP未根除组(65例),每年做胃镜1次,连续2年以上者。结果在根除HP后1年时胃黏膜萎缩和肠化生的程度较HP未根除病人明显改善,部分病人逆转到正常,在2年时肠化生和萎缩未再进一步改善。结论对于合并胃黏膜萎缩和肠化生的慢性胃炎病人,根除HP治疗对病人可能是有益的。

The effect of Helicobacter pylori eradication on gastric mucosa atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in patients with chronic gastritis

Objective To observe the regression of atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa in patients with chronic gastritis after eradication of helicobacter pylori(HP)retrospectively.Methods The patients who received gastric endoscopy and had atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa pathologically were enrolled in study.They were divided into one group which Hp eradicated(76 cases)and another group which Hp uneradicated(65 cases).At one-year and two-year of follow-up,the patients received gastric endoscopy repeatedly.Results At one-year after eradication of HP,the regression of atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa in group which Hp eradicated is evident than group which Hp uneradicated significantly.Some patients even regressed to normal.Nevertheless at two-yearn further improvement was not observed.Conclusion The eradication of HP may be beneficial to the patients with atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa.
