大肠癌组织中环氧合酶蛋白的表达

摘    要:目的:研究大肠癌组织中环氧合酶1和2(COX-1和COX-2)的表达,探讨其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测COX-1和COX-2在68例大肠癌组织和10例正常大肠组织中的表达。结果:(1)COX-1在正常大肠粘膜及大肠癌组织中均有不同程度的表达,阳性率分别为100%和92.4%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)COX-2在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为66.18%,在正常大肠粘膜中未见表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)COX-2在有淋巴结转移的大肠癌组织的表达(74.07%)明显高于其在无淋巴结转移者(35.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)COX-2在大肠癌组织中的表达率与大肠癌的大体分型,组织学分型,肿瘤大小,肿瘤部位及患者性别,年龄均无明显关系。结论:COX-2可能与大肠癌的发生发展及淋巴转移有密切相关系,而COX-1与大肠癌的发生无关。

Abstract:Aim:To investigate the expression of COX-1 and COX-2 in eolorectal carcinoma tissues,and study its correlation with clinicopathologic characteristics. Methods: COX-1 and COX-2 expression were examined by immunohisto-ehemistry in 68 specimens of eolorectal carcinoma tissues and 10 specimens of normal eolorectal tissues. Results:The positive rates of COX-1 expression in normal mucosa and eolorectal carcinoma were 100% and 92.64% respectively and there was no significant difference between them(P >0. 05). The positive rate of COX-2 expression in eolorectal carcinoma was 66.18% (45/68) , and there was no expression in normal eolorectal mucosa. The expression of COX-2 has significant difference between eolorectal carcinoma and normal coloretal mucosa(P <0. 05) . The positive rate of COX-2 in group with lymph node metastasis was 74.07% (40/54) and 35.71% (5/14) in group without. There was significant difference between the 2 groups(P < 0. 05). The expression of COX-2 had no correlation to the cancer gross types, histologic types, size of tumor, and sex and age of patients. Conclusion: COX-2 might play an important role in the carcinogenesis and metastasis of eolorectal cancinoma,but there is no correlation between COX-1 and the carcinogenesis of eolorectal carcinoma.
