| 摘 要： | 目的:观察THP为主方案治疗成人初治急性非淋巴细胞白血病的临床疗效。方法:①THA组(治疗组)33例,THP20mg/d+HHT4mg/d+Ara-c200mg/d,静脉滴注,7d为一疗程,疗程间歇14～21d。②HA组(对照组)31例,HHT和Ara-c剂量、用法及疗程时间同治疗组。结果:治疗组的总有效率93.9％(31/33),明显高于对照组的74.2％(23/31),P<0.05。结论:THP为主方案治疗成人初治急性非淋巴细胞白血病疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of THP therapy in treatment of early acute nonlymphocytic leukemia( ANLL) in adults. Methods:(1)There were 33 cases, in THP group(study group) THP 20mg/d HHT 4mg/d Ara-c 200mg/d,div,d1 to 7d,7d as a course, 14 ~ 21d as a cycle. (2)There were 31 cases in HA group ( control group) . The dosage and schedule of HHT and Ara-C were the same as in the study group. Result: The response rate of study qnup was 93.9% (31/33) .which was significantly higher than that of 74.2 % of the control group, P < 0.05, Conclusion: The response to THP therapy in treatemnt of early acute nonlymphocytic leukemia(ANLL) in adult patients was satisfactory. |
