| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工全膝关节置换治疗骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法 28例骨性关节炎患者均给予人工全膝关节置换手术进行治疗,并进行半年随访。结果随访显示,患者均恢复良好,中HSS评分优23例,良5例。优良率达到100%,显示了较好的临床效果。结论人工全膝置换术应用于严重骨性关节炎的治疗,能显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty（TKR） used in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 28 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were given surgery of total knee arthroplasty（TKR） ,and follow-up visit was carried on in half year.Results Follow-up showed that score of HSS included 23 excellent cases and 5 good cases,the excellent and good rate reached up to 100%.Conclusion Total knee arthroplasty（TKR） used in treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis,can significantly enhance clinical effect and improve the life quality of patients,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work. |
