| 摘 要： | 目的观察腹针联合整脊手法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效；方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2010年1月治疗的颈性眩晕患者121例的临床资料；结果采用腹针联合整脊手法与单纯整脊手法治疗后的总有效率、眩晕症状与功能评分相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；结论腹针联合整脊手法治疗颈性眩晕患者的疗效明显，值得临床推广运用。

| Abstract: | to observe the ventral needle combined technique of cervical vertigo curative treatment, Methods a retrospective study on January 2007 to January 2010 treatment of cervical vertigo 121 patients with clinical data, Results the needle combined with the technique the simple manipulation treatment after the total effective rate, dizziness and functional score was statistically significant difference compared to the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the ventral needle combined treatment technique of cervical vertigo, worthy of popularizing clinical efficacy is obvious. |
