摘    要:为了解不同的制品槐米中总黄酮含量的变化情况,利用硝酸铝在碱性条件下与黄酮络合呈色,510 nm 测定吸收度方法。实验证明炒制品中黄酮含量最高,回收率102.4% , RSD = 4.22% 。方法简单稳定

Abstract:Purpose:To find out the changes of the flavonoids contents in different products of Sophora japonica L.Method:By means of complexing Al(NO 3) 3 with flavonoids in the alkaline condition, the recycling rate can be tested at 510 nm. Result: The flavonoids contents is the highest in the parched products, and the recycling rate is 102.4%, RSD=4.22% with a simple and stable way.
