摘    要:功能性肠病作为临床常见病,其发病机制尚不明确。研究表明,肠道微生物与微 RNA(miRNA)之间存在错综复杂的双向交流和串扰,其中 miRNA靶向调控肠道细菌生长与平衡,肠道菌群也能调节 miRNA的表达。基于此,该研究对肠道菌群与 miRNA及二者相互作用进行概述,重点阐述这种互作机制对功能性肠病的影响,并进一步探讨二者双向交流在功能性肠病中所产生的诊断能力和治疗潜力。

Abstract:As a common clinical disease, the pathogenesis of functional bowel disease is not clear. Studies have shown that there arecomplex two-way communication and crosstalk between microorganisms and miRNA, in which miRNA targets to regulate the growthand balance of intestinal bacteria, and intestinal flora can also regulate the expression of miRNA. Based on this, this paper summarizesthe interaction between intestinal flora and miRNA, focuses on the influence of this interaction mechanism on functional bowel disease,and further discusses the diagnostic ability and therapeutic potential of two-way communication in functional bowel disease.
