| 摘 要： | 通过对３６例进展期胃癌介入（栓塞）化疗＋放疗＋中药综合治疗，总有效率达９１．７％，半年、一年、二年生存率分别为９７．２％、５５．５％、３３．３％，说明充分利用介入化疗与放疗之间的相加增敏作用，配合中药可明显提高抗肿瘤能力，降低副作用，显著改善病人的生存质量，提高生存率。综合治疗优于任何单项治疗，是治疗胃癌的最有效方法。并对综合治疗的基础、适应症进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were treated using interventional chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy and chinese herbs. The effective rate reached 91.7%(33/36). Survival rate after 6 months, 1 year and 2 years was 97.2%(35/36),55.5%(20/36) and 33.3%(12/36) respectively. The general therapy could remarkbly enhance anti-carcinoma ability,decrease side effects and improve patients' life quality. Also, the efficacy of this general treatment was better than any single methods. |
