| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨清代医籍《玉历钞方济世》的妇幼保健观。方法:研读《玉历钞方济世》分析、总结所列病案。结果:清代医学著作《玉历钞方济世》在妇幼保健常识方面已有相当的认知,并载有临床调护经验,其中一些专科调护手段至今在临床上仍值得借鉴。结论:《玉历钞方济世》对后世医家治疗妇科、儿科疾病有重要指导意义。
