| 摘 要： | 目的观察活血化瘀法治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效及对其紫癜性肾炎发生率的影响。方法将60例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为化瘀消斑汤组(治疗组)30例、西医常规治疗组(对照组)30例。两组均治疗14 d后评定疗效及紫癜性肾炎发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,紫癜性肾炎发生率为6.67%,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀法治疗小儿过敏性紫癜具有较好的疗效,并能明显降低患儿紫癜性肾炎发生率。
