| 摘 要： | 目的:观察传统正骨手法配合中药外敷治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法:将70例急性踝关节扭伤患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各35例,治疗组采用正骨手法配合天一散外敷,对照组单纯采用天一散外敷,1疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为88.58%,对照组为71.43%(P<0.05)。结论:手法配合中药外敷治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效优于单纯中药外敷组。
