| 摘 要： | 目的从年龄、病因、诊断及治疗等方面综合观察和分析脑瘫患儿,确定其疗效结果。方法将我院脑瘫门诊康复诊治就诊的100例患儿进行回顾性研究分析,综合治疗以三个月为一疗程,参照婴幼儿运动功能评定量表(GM-FM)作为评估指标,探讨其疗效。结果患儿年龄越小,治疗时间越长,临床治疗效果越好。结论小儿脑病要早期诊断、早期干预、坚持治疗,以提高脑瘫患儿的生存质量。
