心血管疾病合并焦虑症状的中西医治疗初探

目的:调查心血管疾病合并焦虑症状病人117例,通过随机对照临床研究,客观评价中西医结合对心血管疾病合并焦虑症状的治疗效果.方法:以CCMD-3[1]为诊断标准,焦虑自评量表(SAS)为重点观察指标,通过随机对照临床研究方法,客观评价中药百乐眠和西药罗拉合用,对心血管疾病合并焦虑症状的治疗疗效及提高生活质量的综合疗效.结果:117例中有50例存在焦虑症状,占43.8%.经过中西医结合并配合心理治疗,与治疗前比较,治疗组焦虑症状的治愈率、好转率与对照组相比较,统计学有显著性差异(P＜0.01),有效率7天和14天分别为96.1%和100%.焦虑量表评分明显下降,与对照组比较有明显差异(P＜0.01).结论:心血管疾病合并焦虑症状的中西医治疗,对改善病人焦虑症状,控制心血管疾病,改善患者心理状态,提高生存质量有显著疗效.

Anxiety in cardioneurotic diseases: a clinical research

Objective:To access the effect of the combination of Herbalist and Western medicine in curing patients who were with anxiety disorder and Cardioneurotic diseases by investigating 117 of them stochastically.Methods:Anxiety disorder was diagnosed according to CCDM-3 and the severity of anxiety disorder was evaluated with the Self-rating Anxiety(SAS).To estimate the therapy and the improvement of life quality effects on them who were use Lorazepand and Bai Le Mian at the same period.Results: 50 of them were with anxiety disorder(43.8%).The anxiety disorder were significantly improved significantly(P<0.01).The mean scores were significantly declined significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:These therapies had effects on improving anxiety disorder and psychology,controlling Cardioneurotic diseases and improving life quality.
