| 摘 要： | 采用火焰原子吸收法测定精神分裂症患者28例(首次治疗病人16例,多次住院治疗病人12例)和健康对照者10例血清钠(Na)、钾(K),钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)的含量。结果表明,精神分裂症患者血清Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),并且首次治疗病人血清Mg、Zn含量降低程度较多次住院治疗者更明显(P<0.05)。相关分析患者组病人血清Zn与Ca、Mg与Ca 呈负直线相关。

| Abstract: | Seven elements (Na,K ,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn) in serum of 28 cases of schizophrenia (16 cases were treated for the first time and 12 for more than once) were assessed with flame atomic absorption speotrophotometry and compared with those of 10 normal controls. The results showed that the contents of Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn in the serum of the patients were obviously lower than those of the controls (P< 0. 05),and the contents of Mg,Zn in serum of the first-treated patients were still lower than those of the repeatedly-treated ones(P<0. 01). The Cu/Zn ratio in the patients were higher than in the controls ( P < 0. 05). In the patients, a negative straight-line interrelation was shown between Zn and Ca and between Mg and Ca. |
