锁阳固精丸质量标准研究

目的建立锁阳圈精丸的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对锁阳固精丸中的山茱芰、知母进行定性鉴别；HPLC法测定锁阳固精丸中山茱芰中马钱菁的含量。结果薄层色谱鉴别专属性强。马钱苷在O．04052μg-4．052μg范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为103．2％。RSD为1．1％。符合规定。结论方法简便快速、结果准确．可有效控制锁阳固精丸的质量。

Study on quality standard for Suoyang Gujing pills

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standards for Suoyang Gujing pills. METHODS Using TLC to identify Cornel and Zhimu; using high-performance liquid chromatography to determine Loganin in Cornel.Column： Diamonsil C18 （250 × 4.60mm, 5μm）; mobile phase： tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile-methanol- 0.05 96 phosphoric acid （1 ： 6 ： 4 ： 89） ; detected at： 236 nm; temperature： 40℃ . RESULTS The identification of TLC was special in Cornel and Zhimu. Loganin has a good linear relationship in the area of 0.04052 μg 4.052μg, the average recovery was 103.2 96, RSD96 was 1.196. CONCLUSION The method is simple, the result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. The methods can be used as the quality control of Suoyang Gujing pills.
