灯盏花素对肾缺血再灌注过氧化物酶体损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:研究肾缺血再灌注对过氧化物酶体的损伤及灯盏花素的保护作用。方法:采用大鼠肾缺血再灌注模型,观察灯盏花素对缺血再灌注肾组织过氧化物酶体中SOD、GSH-PX、CAT活力及MDA含量的影响。结果:灯盏花素用药组过氧化物酶体中SOD、GSH-PX、CAT活力显著高于缺血再灌注组,MDA含量显著低于缺血再灌注组(P<0.01)。结论:灯盏花素在肾缺血再灌注中对过氧化物酶体的损伤有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the protective effects of Erigeron breviscapus on renal peroxisome from ischemia reperfusion injury in rat.Methods:The activities of superoxide dismutase,glutathione peroxidase,catalase and malondial dehyde in preparations of renal peroxisomes were respectively measured.To study the protective effects of Erigeron breviscapus on kidney from ischemia reperfusion injury in rat.Results:The activities of catalase,GPX,total SOD of peroxisomes were significantly enhanced in ischemia-reperfusion kidney in rat treated with Erigeron breviscapus(P<0.01).MDA concentration was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Erigeron breviscapus can significantly protect renal peroxisomes from ischemia reperfusion(in rat).
