| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study pharmacology and clinical evaluation of antidepressant in order to prov ide references for rational drug usage in the clinic.METHODS:To introduce pharma cology and clinical evaluation of antidepressant by reviewing recent literatures at home and abroad. RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Since there are a lot of kinds of anti depressant, clinical therapy should be carried out individually according to dep ressive type, target symptoms, patient's body condition and drug adverse reactio n. |
