| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨 nm2 3基因与胃癌生物学行为及淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法观察 nm2 3在 140例胃癌组织中的表达。结果 nm2 3在低分化胃癌和伴有淋巴结转移的胃癌中表达较低。结论 nm2 3基因表达可作为判断胃癌分化程度和淋巴结转移的参考指标。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To study the relatinoship between gene nm23 expression and the biologic behavior and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma.\ Methods\ By using immunohistochemical method,the expression of gene nm23 in 140 gastric carcinoma was studied.\ Results\ There had been found both nm23 low expression in low\|differentiated degree and lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma.\ Conclusion\ Expression of gene nm23 may serve as an indicator for evaluation the differentiated degree and lymph node metastasis of the gastric carcinoma. |
