小儿止泻膏对小鼠止泻作用的实验研究

目的:观察小儿止泻膏对小鼠的止泻作用。方法:以番泻叶所致小鼠腹泻程度为观察指标评价小儿止泻膏的止泻作用,以对正常小鼠小肠推进运动和新斯的明所致小鼠小肠运动亢进的影响为指标评价其对小肠运动的影响。结果:小儿止泻膏可降低药物致泻小鼠的腹泻程度,同时,对正常小鼠的小肠推进功能有明显的抑制作用,并可明显拮抗新斯的明所致小鼠小肠推进功能亢进。结论:小儿止泻膏可能是通过抗胆碱作用和直接作用于胃肠道平滑肌而发挥止泻作用。

Experimental study on the antidiarrheal effect of Xiaoer Zhixie Ointment on mice

Objective：To observe the antidiarrheal effect of Xiaoer Zhixie Ointment on mice.Methods： Evaluated the antidiarrheal effect of Xiaoer Zhixie Ointment according to the diarrheal degree caused by folium sennae.Evaluated its influence on the small intestine movement according to normal mice＇s small intestine propulsion movement and small intestine hyper-movement caused by Neostigmine.Results： Xiaoer Zhixie Ointment could reduce the diarrheal degree of on mice caused by drug.Moreover,it can obviously inhibit the propulsion of normal mice＇s small intestine,and could obviously antagonist the hyper-propulsion of mice＇s small intestine caused by Neostigmine.Conclusion： Xiaoer Zhixie Ointment may have antidiarrheal function by anticholinergic effect or directly to gastrointestinal smooth muscle.
