加味健脾汤治疗小儿疳证52例

目的:观察加味健脾汤治疗小儿疳证的疗效。方法:将2007—2010年86例确诊的疳证患儿随机分成2组,治疗组52例给予加味健脾汤治疗,对照组34例给予葡萄糖酸锌口服液治疗。2组均以10 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率92.31%,对照组总有效率70.59%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P0.05)。结论:加味健脾汤治疗小儿疳证疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

52 cases of infantile malnutrition treated with Jiawei Jianpi Decoction

Objective： To observe the effect of Jiawei Jianpi Decoction to infantile malnutrition.Methods： Randomly put 86 cases of infantile malnutrition patient in the year from 2007 to the end of 2010 into two groups.52 cases in the treatment group were treated with Jiawei Jianpi Decoction,while 34 cases in the control group were treated with Zinc Gluconate Oral Liquid.The course was 10 days for each group,after continuous 3 courses,collecting the statistic data.Results： The total effective rate for the treatment group was 92.31%,70.59% for control group.The difference had statistic significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： Jiawei Jianpi Decoction can get definite effect in the treatment of infantile malnutrition,which deserves to be wide spread in the clinic.
