槐杞黄颗粒辅助GINA方案治疗支气管哮喘患儿疗效观察

目的:通过观察肺功能及儿童哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)指标,评定槐杞黄颗粒辅助治疗儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取年龄≥5岁、根据GINA哮喘控制水平分类属于未控制的哮喘患儿43例,随机分为治疗组24例和对照组19例,治疗组根据GINA方案治疗,并辅以槐杞黄颗粒口服,对照组只予以GINA方案治疗,并于治疗前及治疗后3月分别进行呼气峰流速占预计值百分比(PEF%预计值)检测及填写C-ACT量表,分析并比较。结果:治疗组临床症状明显改善,总有效率(62.50%)明显优于对照组(31.58%)(P0.01)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒辅助GINA方案治疗小儿哮喘疗效确切。

Effect observation of Huaiqihuang Granule aid GINA plan in the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma

Objective： Through the test indexes pulmonary function and pediatric asthma control,evaluated clinical effect observation of Huaiqihuang Granule in the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma.Methods： Randomly put 43 cases who were more than 5 years old and belong to uncontrolled asthma patients according to GINA control level into treatment group（24 cases） and control group（19 cases）.Treatment group were treated with GINA plan and Huaiqihuang Granule,while control group were treated only according to GINA plan.In the 3 months before and after the treatment,examined the PEF% value,filled C-ACT table,made analysis and comparison.Results： Treatment group got obviously improved with a 62.50% total effective rate remarkably better than 31.58% of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： Huaiqihuang Granule can be used to aid GINA plan in the treatment of asthma and definite effect.
