| 摘 要： | 从病因、病机、病名等方面对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘进行了探讨,认为主要病机是风动痰阻,肺失宣降,肺络气逆,气逆是其关键。指出应将咳嗽变异性哮喘归入中医逆咳为妥。

| Abstract: | Pediatric cough variant asthma is discussed from etiology, pathogenesis, disease name and other aspects. It is thought that the main pathogenesis is wind-blowing and phlegm-obstruction, which makes the lung to lose dispersing and descending functions, making Qi flow backward in pulmonary collateral, and backward Qi is the key. It is pointed out that cough variant asthma should be put into the category of TCM backward cough. |
