神经节苷脂穴位注射对小儿脑瘫综合能力恢复的对照研究

目的:探讨神经节苷脂穴位注射结合常规康复治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法:将125例脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组62例和对照组63例,2组均采用物理疗法、针灸、按摩、高压氧、引导式教育等综合治疗,治疗组患儿同时加用神经节苷脂2 mL(20 mg)穴位注射,每日1次,每日4～6个穴位,10 d为1个疗程。停药5 d后进入下一个疗程,连续治疗6个疗程。结果:治疗组显效29例(62.9%),明显优于对照组的10例(19.0%)(P0.01);治疗组7大领域提高分值平均为39.76分(显效标准分值为42分),远远高于对照组的20.72分(P0.01)。结论:神经节苷脂穴位注射结合常规康复训练能更好地提高脑瘫患儿的综合能力。

Control study of ganglioside acupoint injection to the comprehensive capability restoration of infantile cerebral palsy

Objective： To investigate clinical curative effect of the ganglioside acupoint injection combined with routine rehabilitation therapy to children with cerebral palsy.Methods： 125 cases of children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into the treatment group with 62 cases and control group with 63 cases.2 groups were treated with comprehensive treatment such as physical therapy,acupuncture,massage,hyperbaric oxygen,guiding education,treatment group was additionally treated with 2 mL（20 mg）ganglioside acupoint injection,1 time a day,4~6 points daily,10 days a course.5 days after entering the next course,6 courses for the treatment.Results： In the treatment group,29 cases（62.9%） got remarkable effect,significantly better than that of control group,which had 10 patients（19%）that got remarkable effect（P0.01）;The added mean score in 7 fields of the treatment group was 39.76（effective standard score was 42）,much higher than that of control group 20.72（P0.01）.Conclusion： Ganglioside acupoint injection combined with routine rehabilitation training can improve the comprehensive ability of children with cerebral palsy.
