| 摘 要： | 目的:研究知柏地黄丸对雌性性早熟大鼠血清黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平的影响。方法:将26日龄同窝雌性SD大鼠50只随机分为5组,每组10只。采用N-甲基-DL-天冬氨酸(NMA)诱发建立性早熟动物模型,分别测定血清LH,E2水平。结果:模型组与空白组、大剂量组、中剂量组大鼠血清LH,E2水平比较,差异均有统计意义(P0.05),说明知柏地黄丸可降低性早熟大鼠血清中LH,E2水平;小剂量组与大、中剂量组血LH,E2水平比较,差异有统计意义(P0.05),说明知柏地黄丸调节性早熟大鼠血LH,E2水平存在量效关系。结论:知柏地黄丸可以抑制NMA诱发雌性大鼠性早熟的发生及模型大鼠血清性激素LH,E2水平的表达。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study influence of Zhibaidihuang Pills on the luteinizing hormone（LH）,estradiol（E2） levels in precocious female rats＇ serum.Methods： Randomly put 50 SD rats of 26 days in the same nest into 5 groups,10 for each group.The precocious animal models were established by NMA inducement,serum LH,E2 levels were measured.Results： Serum LH,E2 levels in blank group,middle dose group and high dose group were lower than the model group（P〈0.05）,LH,E2 in middle and high dose group were lower than the little group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Zhibaidihuang Pill can inhibit NMA-induced sex prematurity in female rats and expression of LH,E2 in model rats serum. |
