针刺联合中药外洗治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫86例

目的:探讨针刺联合中药外洗治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫的临床疗效。方法:172例脑瘫患儿分为治疗组和对照组各86例,对照组采用推拿、Bobath法康复训练治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针刺和中药外洗。2组均治疗3月后统计疗效。结果:治疗组显效54例,有效30例,无效2例,总有效率97.67%;对照组显效35例,有效43例,无效8例,总有效率90.70%。2组总有效率比较,差异有统计意义(P0.05)。2组治疗前后比较,差异均有高度统计意义(P0.01);经过治疗,治疗组较对照组改善更明显,差异有高度统计意义(P0.01)。结论:小儿痉挛型脑瘫的治疗以综合治疗为主,配合针刺、中药外洗治疗能进一步提高疗效,且患儿易于接受。

86 cases of spastic cerebral palsy children treated with acupuncture and external wash with traditional Chinese medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and external wash with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy children. Methods： 172 cases of children with cerebral palsy were divided into the treating group and the control group with 86 cases in each group. Control group was treated with massage, rehabilitation training of Bohath method, treating group, on the basis of treatment of control group, was additionally treated with acupuncture and external wash with traditional Chinese medicine. The statistic information was collected after 3 months treatment. Results： In the treating group, 54 cases got remarkable effect, 30 cases were effective, 2 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 97.67%. In the treating group, 39 cases got remarkable effect,43 cases were effective, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 95. 34%. The difference of total effective rate between the 2 groups had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Before and after treatment, the difference between the 2 groups had highly statistical significance （ P〈0.01 ）. After treatment, treating group improved better than control group, the difference had great significance （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Pediatric spastic cerebral palsy treated with comprehensive therapy, coordinated with acupuncture, external wash with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the curative effect, and is easy to he accepted by children.
