单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合胞二磷胆碱治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病40例临床观察

目的:观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM1)联合胞二磷胆碱治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法:56例HIE患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组16例在常规治疗的基础上加用胞二磷胆碱,治疗组40例在对照组治疗的基础上加GM1,10～14 d为1个疗程,共治疗1～5个疗程。结果:治疗组意识恢复时间和反射、肌张力恢复时间明显短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义(P0.05);治疗组CT检查正常95.00%,对照组正常68.75%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P0.05)。结论:GM1联合胞二磷胆碱治疗HIE疗效确切,未见不良反应。

Clinical observation of 40 cases neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy treated with monosialotetrahexosylganglioside and citicoline

Objective： To observe the effect of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside and citicoline in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）. Methods： 56 cases of neonatal HIE were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 40 cases in the control group were treated with citicoline on the basis of routine treatment, while the 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with monosialotetrahexosylganglioside ,10- 14 days per course, a total of 1 -5 courses. Results： Recovery time of consciousness, reflexes, muscle tension of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference had statistical significance （P〈 0.05） ; CT examination of the treatment group suggested 95.00% normal, while that of control group indicated 68.75% normal, the difference had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside combined with citicoline in treating HIE has curative effect and no adverse reaction has been observed.
