| 摘 要： | 人乳头瘤病毒与女性生殖道感染密切相关,低危型人乳头瘤病毒6、人乳头瘤病毒11主要引起外生殖器湿疣,外阴、阴道上皮内瘤变,低度宫颈上皮内瘤变,而高危型人乳头瘤病毒16、人乳头瘤病毒18则与中高度宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈癌的发生相关,现对人乳头瘤病毒与女性生殖道感染关系研究进展简要综述。

| Abstract: | Human papilloma virus(HPV) has close relationship with infections of femail reproducative tract,Low-risk HPV-6,11 cause genital warts,and valvar intraepithelial neoplasia(VIN),vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia(VAIN),low-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL).High-risk HPV 16,18 may cause high-grade cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSIL),and cervical cancer.This article reviews progresses about relationship between HPV and female reproductive tract infection |
