实施月护理质量评价 促进护理质量提高

为了提高护理质量，充分体现以病人为中心的管理理念。本院护理部制定了一套科学、合理、可行的护理质量综合评价管理方案。采取护理部检查、质控小组互查、护士长自查相结合的检查方法，将每月质量检查结果进行分析评价并反馈。达到了全员参与的目的，使护理质量得到了改进和提高。

Performing Monthly Evaluation on Nursing Quality and Promoting Elevation of Nursing Quality

In order to raise quality of nursing and give full play to patient-centred management concept, a set of scientific, reasonable, and feasible management project of general evaluation of nursing quality was worked out in nursing department of our hospital. The check method, in combination with inspection by nursing department, cross proving of quality control unit and self-examination of nurses, was conducted. And then monthly outcomes of quality check were analyzed and evaluated with instant feedback. The results showed that the goal of entire staff participation was achieved so as to improve and raise nursing quality.
