| 摘 要： | 目的探讨动态血压变异性与高血压左心室肥厚(LVH)的关系。方法原发性高血压患者100例,其中高血压LVH组40例,高血压无LVH组60例,对照组正常血压者50例。予动态血压监测仪24 h连续记录,统计各时间段血压均值及血压变异性。结果高血压LVH组与高血压无LVH组及正常对照组比较,24h各时间段的血压均值和血压变异性的差异均有极显著意义(P<0.01)。高血压无LVH组与正常对照组比较,血压均值差异有极显著意义(P<0.01),血压变异性比较,除白昼收缩压变异性有显著差异外,其余无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论动态血压变异性与高血压LVH密切相关。故高血压病的早发现、早治疗对减少LVH及各种并发症有积极作用。
