食道胃颈部单层可吸收线连续吻合术治疗食管癌234例

目的探讨食道胃颈部单层可吸收线连续吻合术的临床应用价值。方法对234例食管癌患者实行食道胃颈部单层可吸收线连续吻合术治疗，并对治疗效果进行分析。结果本组病例无围手术期死亡发生，术后发生吻合口瘘与吻合口狭窄各两例，分别占0．85％，发生肺部感染率1．71％（4／234），并发症总的发生率为3．41％（8／234），手术时间120-210分钟，平均150分钟，食管胃吻合时间12-21分钟，平均16分钟。结论食道胃颈部单层可吸收线连续吻合术可降低术后吻合口瘘和吻合口狭窄的发生，而且手术操作简单方便，时间短，为临床食管癌的手术治疗增加了新的术式。

Effect of absorption line on monolayer continuous anastomosis in cervical reconstruction of the esophagus with stomach following esophagogastrostomy in patients with esophageal cancer

Objective To discuss the clinical application value of the monolayer continuous anastomosis with ab- sorption line during cervical reconstruction of the esophaguswith stomach for the patients with esophageal carcinoma fol- lowing esophagogastrostomy. Methods 234 patients with esophageal cancer were retrospectively analyzed on the mono- layer continuous anastomosis using absorption line during cervical reconstruction of the esophagus with stomach. Results Among the 234 patients, there was no patients dead in the ambioperation-stage. The anastomotic leakage after operation of rate and stoma stenosis of rate was 0.85 ~, bellows infection was 1.71% （4/234）. The overall incidence of the compli- cations was 0.41% {8/234}. It took 120-210 minutes for operation. It took 12-21minutes to astomose oesophagus and gastrocervical part. Conclusion The method of monolayer continuous anastomosis in cervical reconstruction of the esoph- agus with stomach following esophagogastrostomy using absorption line may degrade the rate incidence of anastomotic leakage and stoma stenosis after operation. Meanwhile,operative procedure is simple, convenient and short, which offers a new operation method for esophageal carcinoma.
