近发际缘冠状切口的设计及临床应用解剖学研究

目的：进行颞区及腮腺区的解剖学研究，为颧骨复合体骨折手术中应用近发际缘冠状切口提供依据，以减少并发症的发生。方法：利用5具经4％甲醛固定的成人男性标本，对颞区及腮腺区相关解剖进行观察、摄像，同时结合12例颧骨复合体骨折患者，应用近发际缘冠状切口实施手术。结果：12例患者手术顺利，术后随访3个月-1a，无术后并发症发生。结论：熟知颞区及腮腺区的解剖，可明显减少手术创伤及预防手术并发症的发生。

The design of coronal incision near hairline and anatomical study in cadavers

PURPOSE： The objective of study is to carry out anatomical study of both temporal and parotid region in order to provide anatomical basis for the design near hairline coronal incision, so as to reduee complications. METHODS： The temporal and parotid region were dissected in 5 Chinese adult male cadavers fixed by 4% formalin. 12 patients with zygomatic complex fracture were surgically treated using the near hairline coronary incision. RESULTS： All patients had no complication during the periods of follow-up ranged from 3 to 12 months. CONCLUSION： It is crucial to know the anatomical features of temporal and parotid region for reducing surgical trauma and complications. The modified coronal incision is feasible approach in treatment of zygomatic complex fractures. Supported by Scientific Research Foundation of Kunming Medical College（Grant No.V2-20）.
