| 摘 要： | 目的：通过观察聚乙烯己二醇包被脂质体－阿霉素系统（pegylated liposmal doxorubicin,PLD)对舌癌及其淋巴结转移灶治疗效果。探讨PLD治疗口腔肿瘤的价值。方法：建立舌癌淋巴转移模型的金黄地鼠70只，分别观察体重，肿瘤体积、脏器转移、外周血药浓度和淋巴结内药物浓度。结果：PLD组的抑癌能力及有效药物浓度，全身反应明显优于阿霉素组。结论：PLD作为一种新兴的药物系统，在控制口腔癌转移方面具有一定潜力。

| Abstract: | Objective to investigate the effects of pegylated liposmal doxorubicin (PLD) in treating a nimal model of tongue cancer. Methods The tongue cancer model was established in 70 goldn hamsters,and PLD was injected. The free doxorubicin and its concentration in circulating blood and lymph nodes, the weight of anima ls, volume of tumor, were defected. Results tumor inhibition e ffect of the PLD group was higher than controls. Conclusions P LD can be regarded as a valuable drug system to treat oral cancer. |
