急性胰腺炎合并肾损害的临床分析

目的：探讨急性胰腺炎患者并发肾脏损害的临床特点。方法：对我院2005年10月至2009年8月收治的63例急性胰腺炎病例资料进行回顾性分析,以了解肾损害的发生率、特点以及对病程的影响。结果：63例急性胰腺炎患者中有24例合并肾损害,占38.1%,其中轻症胰腺炎7例,重症17例;急性重症胰腺炎较急性轻症胰腺炎肾损害发生率高（分别为60.7%和20%,二者比较P〈0.01）。结论：急性胰腺炎肾损害的程度与病情严重性呈正相关,肾损害类型以蛋白尿最常见。

Clinical Analysis of Acute Pancreatitis with Kidney Injury

Objective： To discuss the clinical features of acute pancreatitis（AP） with kidney injury.Method： The clinical data of 63 cases of AP were retrospectively analyzed from Oct.2005 to Aug.2009.Result： There were 24 cases with kidney injury and the rate of kidney injury was 38.1%.The incidence rate of kidney injury from SAP is higher than from MAP（60.7% and 20% respectively,P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The degree of kidney injury from AP has positive correlation with the severity of the disease,and proteinuria is the most common type of kidney injury.
