| 摘 要： | 为了探讨急性肾功能衰竭患者血液透析后的高渗性昏迷问题。本文搜集了5例流行性出血热少尿期,因透析而诱发高渗性昏迷的临床资料。分析表明:急性肾衰透析后高渗性昏迷发病隐匿,预后凶险,患者中4例经及时治疗痊愈,1例死亡。密切注意透析前后的血糖变化与临床表现可及时发现本病,足量补液及胰岛素治疗可在一定程度上改善本病的预后。

| Abstract: | In an attempt to strdy coma out of high osmotic pressure after blood osmotic seperation in the patients of acute kidney failure,5 cases of the disease in the urine-lacking stage were collect- ed.The results showed that the coma was characteristic of the latent onset and dangeous progno- sis.Four of the five patients recovered by the treatment on time and one of them died.The disease could be found early through close attention to the variation in the bolld sugar before and after the osmotic seperation.The prognosis could be improved given adequate liquid and insulin treat- ment. |
