α-促黑素细胞刺激素是一种由皮肤通过自分泌和旁分泌产生的神经免疫调节肽,可能参与了病理性瘢痕的色素沉着、成纤维细胞增殖、细胞因子(如IL-8、TGF-β1)的分泌以及抑制瘢痕炎症等的调控。白细胞介素-8是一种多源性的炎症趋化因子,可能通过促进内皮细胞的生长、迁移和微血管的产生参与了病理性瘢痕的形成。二者在病理性瘢痕中表达均增强。

α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone is a regulatory peptide of neuro-immuno-modulation produced by skin through autocrine and paracrine,which may take part in the regulation of pigmentation,fibroblastic proliferation,secretion of cytokine(e.g.IL-8,TGF-β1) and inhabition of inflammation in pathological scars.Interleukin-8 is a multifocal inflammatory chemotactic factor,which may have a hand in the formation of pathological scars through promoting the growth and migration of endotheliocyte and the production of microvessels.The both is of strong express in pathological scar tissues.
