心脉龙注射液对30例肺心病右心衰竭患者心功能的影响

目的观察心脉龙注射液对肺心病右心衰竭患者心功能的影响.方法心脉龙注射液治疗肺源性心脏病右心衰竭(心脾肾阳虚水泛证)30例,多巴酚丁胺对照组15例.结果心脉龙治疗组显效率23.33%,总有效率76.67%;与多巴酚丁胺对照组比较,无显著性差异.治疗组心功能改善起效时间为2.68天,水肿积分0.38分,与对照组比较,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).动脉血气分析显示,心脉龙治疗组降低PCO2较对照组显著.结论心脉龙注射液对肺心病右心衰竭可能有温肾宁心、健脾利水作用.

Effect of Xinmailong Injection on Cardiac Function of 30 Patients with Right Heart Failure due to Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the influence of Xinmailong injection (XMLI) on cardiac function of patients with right heart failure (RHF)due to pulmonary heart disease (PHD). Methods: 30 patients with RHF caused by PHD (syndrome of edema due to yang-deficiency of the heart,spleen and kidney) were treated with XMLI,and 15 patients in the control group were given dobutamine. Results:In XMLI group,the marked effective rate was 23. 33% and the total effective rate was 76. 67%, there were no significant differences compared with those of the control group. The cardiac function was improved at 2. 68 days after treatment and edema integral was 0. 38 in XMLI group,the differences were significant compared with those of control group(P<0. 05). Blood-gas analysis showed that PCO2 decreased more significantly in XMLI group than in control group. Conclusion: XMLI may have effects of warming the kidney to keep the peace of mind and reinforcing spleen to promoting diuresis.
