| 摘 要： | 经期延长是妇科临床常见疾病,魏绍斌教授根据多年临床经验,结合四川盆地的地理气候因素,认为肝郁血瘀夹湿热为本病主要病机,治宜"以通为止",平素用疏肝化瘀除湿法,以四逆四妙坤茜加减,经前则用四逆坤茜三川疏肝化瘀、活血通经,取得较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Menostaxis is a common puzzle gynecologic disease. Professor Wei have believed liver stagnation, damp and blood stasis are the pathogenesis, and therapeutic principle is ＂using unobstructed as stagnation＂, just as soothing liver Qi, dispersing damp and promoting blood circulation. Using Sini Powder, Simiao Pill and Kunqian Powder as the basic formula. Before menstruation, Sini Powder, Kunqian Powder and Sanchuan Soup is used to sooth liver Qi, eliminate blood stasis, promote blood circulation and stimulate the menstrual flow. |
