微波治疗慢性咽炎148例临床疗效观察

目的观察微波治疗慢性咽炎的疗效。方法应用CR2001L微波综合治疗仪治疗148例慢性咽炎患者，输出功率为10～32W，时间1～3s，观察治疗后临床反应。结果105例痊愈，咽异物感、咽部不适等症状消失，咽后壁或舌根淋巴滤泡明显缩小或平复，占71％；18例症状明显改善，12例有效，咽后壁或舌根淋巴滤泡减少，显效有效共占20％；13例症状无改善或改善轻微，咽后壁滤泡消失不典型，占9％。总有效率为91％。结论CR2001L微波综合治疗仪治疗慢性咽炎疗效好，操作简便，较其他方法安全，副作用小，尤其是对药物治疗效果差的患者提供了一种安全有效的治疗方法，值得在临床上推广。

Observation of the Effect of Microwave Treatment on 148 Chronic Pharyngitis

Objective To observe the effect of treating chronic pharyngitis with microwave. Methods Using CR2001 microwave universal treatment instrument on 148 chronic pharyngitis patients,the output 10-32W, time 1-3s, view the clinical responses after the treatment. Results 105 patients cure,abnormal swallowing feeling,indisposition on pharynx disappear, lymph follicle in back wall of pharynx or root of tongue has evident get smaller（71%）,18 patients get obvious effect, 12 cases lymph follicle in back wall of pharynx or root of tongue decrease（20%）;13 patients do nothing or slightly,the disappear of lymph follicle in back wall is not orthic（9%）. The total efficiency is 91%. Conclusion The effect of treating chronic pharyngitis with CR2001 microwave universal treatment instrument is good,it＇s simple to operate,it＇s much safer than others,and with little side-effect,it can be used as the effective treatment of chronic pharynigitis,especially useful to the patients who is in bad effect in medical treatment,worth popularize in clinic.
