实验性家兔脑外伤对脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响

摘    要:目的 :颅脑损伤后免疫功能的变化是影响临床表现和治疗效果的重要因素之一 ,故通过研究脑损伤后机体免疫功能变化规律可望为提高治疗效果提供参考。方法 :3 0只家兔随机平均分为A、B、C 3组。A组 :正常对照组 ;B组 :脑挫裂伤组 ,硬膜外打击法造成动物模型 ;C组 :脊髓横断组 ,脊髓直接切断法造成动物模型。通过进行家兔脾淋巴细胞的增殖实验和观察损伤后 1d、3d、7d、15d家兔血清对脾细胞增殖的影响来测定家兔脑损伤后免疫功能的变化。结果 :脑挫裂伤组 (B)脾淋巴细胞增殖指数显著高于正常对照组 (A)和脊髓横断组 (C) (P >0 0 5 )。A、C 2组比较差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。B、C 2组血清对脾细胞增殖有显著抑制作用 ,但两者相比差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :脑组织受损后对机体免疫有增强作用 ,而脊髓损伤则无此作用。脑、脊髓损伤后动物血清中会产生免疫抑制因子。

Abstract:Aim:The experiment was conducted to study the regular changes of immunity after brain injury and to provide reference for improving curative results.Methods: 30 rabbits were divided into 3 groups:normal control group(A),cerebral contunding group by extradural hit (B),spinal cord transection by direct trancating (C).The proliferation of rabbit splenocytes as well as the effects of rabbit serum on it were observed on day 1,3,7 and 15.Results: Proliferation of splenocyte in group B was much higher than that in groups A and C ( P <0.05),whereas there were no obvious defference between groups A and C.The serum of group A and group B strikingly inhibited proliferation of the splencytes but no significant difference was found between 2 groups. Conclusion: The brain injury but not spinal cord transection can increase immunity in rabbits,and immunal inhibitors may produce in serum after brain or spinal cord injuries.
