中西医结合治疗严重急性呼吸综合征129例临床疗效分析

目的　评价中西医结合治疗严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)的临床疗效。方法　河北省确诊的2 1 3例SARS患者 ,以中西医结合治疗 (中西医结合组 ) 1 2 9例与单纯西医治疗 (西医组 ) 84例进行对照分析 ,观察 2组患者血象恢复正常时间、胸片阴影吸收时间和病死率、激素使用情况。结果　中西医结合组患者病死率 (2 .3 3 % )与西医组 (9.5 2 % )比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血象恢复正常时间和胸片阴影吸收时间及甲强龙使用情况 2组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但临床数据表明 ,中西医结合组较单纯西医组具有改善趋势。结论　中西医结合组可促进血象恢复和胸片阴影吸收 ,减少激素使用 ,并且在降低病死率方面明显优于单纯西医组。

Clinical analysis on 129 cases of severe acute respiratory syndrome treated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). Methods 213 patients with SARS in Hebei province diagnosed according to the diagnosis criterion of SARS were divided into two groups.129 patients were treated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine; 84 patients were treated only by western medicine. The blood image, sternum, death rate and application of hormone were observed and compared in both groups. Results the death rate in combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group(2.33%) was significantly lower than that in only western medicine group (9.52%,P<0.05). Conclusion The methods of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can promote the recovery of blood image and sternum, and decrease the dosage of hormone, moreover, in the aspect of decrease of death rate which is obviously superior to that of only western medicine.
