| 摘 要： | 目的探讨维持性血液透析患者的心理护理措施,以提高患者的生活质量。方法对我院2008年1～12月共7028例透析患者的常见心理问题、产生的原因、护理经验进行回顾性分析。结果良好的心理护理使患者处于接受透析治疗的最佳生理和心理状态,积极主动配合护理工作,获得了较好的透析效果。结论良好的心理护理可帮助患者学会自我心理疏导,克服消极心理,增强战胜疾病的信心,延长患者生命,提高生活质量。

Psychological Nursing for Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the psychological care measures for patients with maintenance hemodialysis to improve their quality of life. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the 7 028 cases of dialysis patients with common psychological problems,causes,care experiences fron January to December,2008 in our hospital. Results Good psychological care made patients receive dialysis treatment in the best physical and mental state,actively coordinate with the nursing work so as to obtain good results dialysis. Conclusion Good psychological nursing helps patients learn self-psychological counseling to overcome the negative psychology,enhance the confidence to overcome the disease,prolong life and improve the quality of life. |
