天津市居民无偿献血知识、态度及行为调查

目的：了解天津市居民对无偿献血相关知识和政策的认知水平、对无偿献血的态度和行为状况，为天津市无偿献血工作的改进和优化提供科学依据。方法：采用多阶段随机抽样方法，就无偿献血相关知识和政策、态度及行为对天津市540名居民进行调查。结果：大多数天津市居民对无偿献血相关的政策和知识的认知水平相对较低，且对无偿献血存在恐惧心理；71．7％的居民表示愿意参加无偿献血，但仅有18．7％的居民曾经参加过无偿献血。结论：有针对性地在全市范围内强化无偿献血知识和政策的宣传和普及，促进居民态度和行为的转变，对于确保临床用血的安全及时供应、传染件疾病的有效预防均具有重要的现实意义。

KNOWLEDGE, ATITIUDE AND PRACTICE ABOUT BLOOD DONATION WITHOUT COMPENSATION AMONG THE RESIDENTS IN TIANJIN

Objective:To investigate the knowledge,attitude and practice about blood donation without compensation among the residents in Tianjin,and to provide scientific evidence for improving and optimizing the work of blood donation.Methods:A questionnaire survey, including questions about knowledge and policies of blood donation, attitudes towards blood donation without compensation, and blood donation-related behavior, was conducted among 540 residents selected by multi-stage random sampling.Results:Most of the residents knew poor knowledge and policies about blood donation and expressed their fear of it. Though 71.7% of them expressed their positive attitude towards blood donation, only 18.7% of the responds had donated their blood without compensation.Conclusions:The transformation of attitude and practice about blood donation without compensation among the residents, which results from the propaganda and popularization of knowledge and policies about blood donation, is vital to safe and timely supply of blood and effective prevention of infectious diseases.
