糖尿病烫伤大鼠血糖变化及其与创面皮肤组织糖含量的关系

目的:探讨2型糖尿病大鼠二度烫伤后血糖变化及其与创面组织糖含量之间的关系.方法:采用清洁级大鼠,分成正常组(n=24)和枸橼酸-枸橼酸钠镁液配置成2%浓度(STZ)诱导的速发型糖尿病组(n=24),造成10%体表总面积(TBSA)的浅二度烫伤模型,分别取伤后1、3、5、7、10 d和14 d创面皮肤组织块样本,采用生化技术测定血糖浓度和创面皮肤中的糖含量;并对创面进行组织学观察.结果:皮肤组织创面中局部的糖含量与血糖变化有显著的相关性(P＜0.05),糖尿病大鼠浅二度烫伤创面中局部糖含量明显高于正常组(P＜0.01),且创面呈现延迟愈合或者加深不愈.结论:糖尿病大鼠局部创面组织糖含量增加与血糖变化密切相关,而创面局部糖含量的增加与创面愈合延迟存在着不可分割的联系.

The relationship between blood sugar concentration and local sugar content of diabetic burned SD rats

Objective:To explore and discuss the relationship between blood sugar concentration and local sugar content of diabetes mellitus-2 SD rats.Methods:The clean rats were divided into two groups:the normal SD rats(n=24) group and the group of STZ-induced diabetic SD rats(n=24) resulted in superficial partial thickness scalding of 10% TBSA. Tissue samples from wound site and blood samples were collected on postburn 1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d,10 d and 14 d,respectively. The sugar content in blood and wound tissue are evaluated by biochemical techniques. Wound healing process in the rats was dynamically observed by naked eyes and histologically examined.Results:The local sugar content in wound tisse were significantly correlated with that in the blood(P<0.05),the concentration of local sugar in diabetic wound was significantly higer than that of normal group(P<0.01),the wound of diabetic rats appeard to retard healing or deepen healing.Conclusion:Local sugar content in diabetic wound was varied with blood sugar concentration. The increased sugar concentration in diabetic wound was attributed to the impaired wound healing in diabetes.
