P-gp及对抗P-gp介导多药耐药的研究现状

摘    要:P-糖蛋白在多药耐药中起着重要的作用。本文就P-gp的蛋白结构、作用机制及其与多药耐药的关系以及对抗P-gp介导的MDR的现状做了简要介绍。总之,一方面要继续开发高效的P-gp抑制剂,同时,又要考虑过度抑制P-gp可能会带来不良影响;在抑制P-gp的同时,还要兼顾对其它耐药机制的抑制,只有这样,才能在临床上充分解决多药耐药的问题。

Abstract:P-glycoprotein(P-gp) plays an important role in multidrug resistance(MDR).This article was focused on the protein structure and the mechanism of P-gp,and especially on the current status in anti-P-gp drug research and discovery.The action of P-gp in MDR was also reviewed.Moreover,the potential adverse reaction of P-gp inhibitors were emphasized since P-gp was involved in the normal function of a lot of organs.
