| 摘 要： | 目的观察纺锤体检查点蛋白BubR1在人类肝癌组织、正常肝组织以及肝癌细胞系（HepG2）、正常肝细胞系（LO2）有丝分裂期表达水平的差异，以探讨BubR1蛋白在肝癌发生中的作用。方法用荧光定量PCR和Westernblot检测BubRl基因在肝癌组织、正常肝组织，以及在2种细胞中用Nocodazole处理前后的mRNA和蛋白的表达水平。结果BubR1基因在正常组织中的表达高于肝癌组织，在Nocodazole处理前2种细胞中表达无显著差异，在处理后2种细胞中表达均增高，但在L02细胞中上调水平大于HepG2细胞。结论BubR1基因低表达可能在肝癌的发生过程中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the differential expression of the spindle checkpoint protein BubR1 gene between human hepatoma tissue and human hepatic tissue, and between human hepatoma carcinoma cell line HepG2 and human hepatic normal cell line LO2 during mitotic period.
