危重新生儿安全转运系统的建立及应用

目的探讨如何做好新生儿安全转运系统的有效管理。方法建立安全转运系统和转运抢救预案,抓好转运前期准备、中期严密监护及后期紧密衔接3个环节。结果404例危重新生儿得到安全、及时地转运,有效地提高了新生儿的存活率。结论安全转运系统的实施,先进的急救设备,规范的转运系统和转运抢救预案,医护密切配合及熟练的抢救技能,提高了抢救成功率,降低危重新生儿病死率与致残率。

The establishment and application of safe transfer system for critical neonates

Objective To explore the effective management of safe transfer system for the neonates with serious diseases.Methods The safe transfer system and transfer rescue scheme during the period of transferring were established.The process of preparation before transferring,monitoring during the period of transferring,and handover and close connecting after transferring were controlled.Results 404 cases of neonates were safely and timely transferred,thereby effectively improving the survival rate of neonates.Conclusions The success rate of rescue of neonates can be increased and the mortality and mutilation rate of neonates can be reduced with the implementation of safe transfer system and advanced emergency equipments,the preparation of a perfect and standardized scheme for transfer system and transfer rescue,and the good cooperation between doctors and nurses with qualified first-aid skills.
