| 摘 要： | 目的：评价选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗（ＢＡＩ）和胸腔内灌注化疗（ＰＬＩ）联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）伴恶性胸腔积液（ＭＰＥ）的疗效。材料和方法：３０例病变局限于胸部的晚期ＮＳＣＬＣ伴ＭＰＥ患者。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of the combinational therapy of bronchial artery infusion(BAI)and pleural transluminal infusion(PLI)of advanced non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC)with malignant pleural efffusin (MPE).Materials and Methods:Thirty patients with advanced NSCLC and MPE (Tumor only in chest)were treated with PLI 2-7days after treated with BAI.Results:Efficiency of treatment of tumor in lungs or MPE was 86.7% or 93.3% respectively.The survival rate of 6 months,1 year or 2 years was 93.3%,63.3% or 30% respectively.Conclusion:It is an effective therapy in treatment of advanced NSCLC with MPE with combination of BAI and PLI. |
