自拟通脉灵合剂对糖尿病大鼠血糖水平及组织病理学的影响

摘    要:目的为通脉灵合剂在糖尿病慢性并发症中应用提供实验依据。方法实验动物为Wistar大鼠,分三组,每组各10只,即前二组为糖尿病模型,其中第一组为通脉灵组,第二组为对照组;动物模型采用尾静脉注射链脲素建立。第三组为健康大鼠对照组。通脉灵组:每只大鼠给予通脉灵合剂10ml,1次/d,连续灌胃给药21d;糖尿病大鼠对照组和健康大鼠对照组:每只大鼠分别给予同体积蒸馏水,连续灌胃21d。实验结束时测定各组大鼠空腹血糖水平,并取两组糖尿病大鼠胰腺、肾脏、肝脏,观察其组织的病理及超微结构变化。结果通脉灵治疗大鼠空腹血糖水平为(21.47±1.88)mmol/L,明显低于糖尿病模型对照组大鼠的(9.91±1.87)mmol/L(P<0.01),且其胰腺、肾脏及肝脏组织损害也明显轻于糖尿病模型对照组大鼠。结论通脉灵合剂通过降低糖尿病大鼠血糖,达到对抗高血糖对机体器官的损害作用,对防治或延缓糖尿病慢性并发症发生具有积极的治疗作用。

The influence of self-designed TongMaiLing Mixture on the blood glucose levels and histopathology of rat
Abstract:Objective To provide the experimental basis for the application of TongMaiLing mixture (self-designed) in chronic complications of diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods The experimental animals(rats) of this study was divided into three groups: 1st group(Tong MaiLing Mixture group) and 2nd group (as controlled group) were all animal-model, which were established by injecting STZ intra-tailvenously;TongMaiLing group (T group), positive controlled group, i.e DM model group(D group), and negative controlled group, i.e healthy rats (H group); 10 rats, each group. In T group, each rat was administered TongMaiLing mixture, 10ml, 1time/d, by perfusing stomach continously; In D group and H group, each rat was all administered same volume of distilled water respectively, by continously perfusing stomach. Above mentioned administration lasted for 21 days. At the end of experiment, the fast blood glucose (BG) levels of the three groups were detected, and the tissues separated from pamcreas, liver and kidney of T and H groups and their pathology as well ultrastructure changes were observed.Results The BG level of T group were significantly lower than that of D group((21.47±1.88 vs 9.91±1.87,P<0.01), while injuries of pancreas, kidney and liver tissue were distinctly slighter than that of T group. Conclusion TongMaiLing mixture has active treatment role for peventing & treating, or lasting occurrence of chronic complication of DM rats, via decreasing BG, so that preventing high BG level damaging the organs in organusm.
