| 摘 要： | [背景 ]探讨老年人下呼吸道感染对其它脏器功能的影响 .[病例报告 ]检测因下呼吸道感染而住院的 2 78例老年病人心电图、肝功能和肾功能 .2 78例病人中心电图异常者 12 8例 ( 4 6% ) ,肝功能异常者 71例 ( 2 6% ) ,肾功能异常者 4 5例 ( 16% ) ,肝功能和肾功能同时异常者 2 0例 ( 7% ) .[讨论 ]老年人下呼吸道感染时应检测心电图、肝功能和肾功能 ,以便为选择药物提供依据 .

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND?To study the affects of lower respiratory tract infection to other organs.?CASE REPORT?The electrocardiogram (ECG), liver and kidney function were detected in 278 aged in patients with infection of lower respiratory tract. Out of 278 cases, it was abnormal that 128 cases (46%) of ECG, 71 cases (26%) of liver function, 45 cases (16%) of kidney function 20 cases (7%) of hepatorenal function.? DISCUSSION ?It should be detected that the ECG and hepatorenal fuction in the senior citizen with infection of lower respiratory tract in order to select the effective medicine to treat. |
