螺旋CT三维重建用于正畸埋伏牙定位的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建用于正畸埋伏牙定位的临床效果。方法对10例埋伏牙患者作螺旋CT扫描,采用表面遮盖显示(SSD)、多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影法(MIP)获得牙体表面立体图像及任意平面、曲面的断层影像。结果螺旋CT三维重建能清晰显示埋伏牙的形态、唇腭向位置、萌出方向及与邻牙的关系。结论螺旋CT三维重建术可作为埋伏牙进行正畸治疗前的准确有效的检查手段。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical application of three-dimensional surface reconstruction technology of Spiral CT in locating impacted teeth. Methods Ten cases with impacted teeth were examined with Spiral CT. All cases received surfaceshaded display (SSD), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) method. Results The reconstruction image could clearly demonstrate the dental surface image including crown, root and configuration of impacted teeth, show the labial or palatal location, indicate the eruption oriention and the relation with dentition. Conclusion The three-dimensional reconstruction technology of Spiral CT is an accurated and effective method to examine impacted teeth before orthodontic treatment.
